Graduation Details
All faculty and program participants are encouraged to park on the Convention Center lot nearest 8th Street and use Entrance B off 8th Street.

ARE TICKETS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY?
No. Seats are available on a first come/first serve basis.
WILL THE COMMENCEMENT BE LIVESTREAMED?
Yes. The Commencement will be livestreamed on UAPB’s YouTube and Facebook pages.
WHAT ARE THE SCHEDULED TIMES AND DATES FOR GRADUATES TO PICK UP REGALIA (CAP AND GOWN)?
Where: Office of Academic Records, Administration Building, 109
When: Tuesday, May 6th and Wednesday, May 7th
Last Name: A - J 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Last Name: K- Z 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 8th (9:00a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
WHAT TIME IS GRADUATION?
The ceremony will take place at 10:00 a.m. The processional will start at 9:45 a.m.
WHAT TIME WILL THE VENUE OPEN FOR GUESTS?
The venue will open to guests at 7:30 a.m. Doors will close once the processional begins and will not reopen until the graduates are seated in the arena.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Free parking is available in any unrestricted parking lot on the Pine Bluff Convention Center property.
